The upper floor was the one I must have drawn a thousand different ways.
We tried with one bathroom, with a huge master bedroom, with just 2 bedrooms, with a big hallway. Nothing really said 'build me' like this layout. I tried a few others after this one but I kept going back here. Kriss liked it too.
The best things are that there is no long, skinny hallway and that there ARE two bathrooms!
