Our Ongoing Saga

     This is the SITE PLAN for the addition. 
     As you can see, there is a driveway that comes west off the existing easement driveway and curves into the garage.
     Check out the 3d view in order to get a better idea of where everything is and will be. 
     The electricity, phone, cable, water and sewer run through the addition area so we will have to contend with that.  The idea is to have all of the area in the front yard flat

with an area about 12' wide surrounding the North and East sides of the yard that are up with the level of the easement driveway and the sidewalk.  The grading should be fairly simple as there is really not much area that needs help. The yard is pretty flat. Look at the pictures page and you can see the picture of the yard.
