October 13, 2003:
     10:30am+: Went to the city and now we have a permit for the water line, but we're still waiting on Palmer (or Jennifer Campbell) to let me know that he is on the list as a licensed 'side sewer' guy.

October 15, 2003: John Palmer called me today to say that he got the information from the city about what he needs to be licensed. He'll get all done soon. He said he's waiting for his insurance company to provide him with proof of insurance for the city.   …...waiting…….

Here's a picture of CJ and Kriss and me sitting at the table. CJ is helping  Kriss to learn her Algebra and I'm working on house addition stuff.(and listening in and passively learning algebra.)

October 16, 2003: Today I don't have any house stuff that is impending. We're waiting for John Palmer to do his thing and get licensed and once he is we can get the permit for the sewer line. I will call Scott Tallman at S&S Concrete just to let him know where we are….. Waiting...

October 30, 2003:  Spent the last couple weeks waiting for Palmer's permit to happen, etc.  He got it and today he showed up with a contract proposal in hand.  We talked and signed and after he told me that he was NOT going to include hooking up the sewer and the water in the bid, we came to the conclusion that we'd SPLIT  the bill for the plumber ($800).  So, the bill goes up by $800.  Later in the AM I got to meet the plumber 'Gayle'. (male).  He seems very knowledgeable and nice.  He'll be the guy stubbing up the water feeds and the sewer drains. Seems to have a plan…….
